Power dialer
A power dialer for insurance agents, with the CRM already attached
Most dialers are a separate bill and a separate screen. MiroView's dialer lives inside the CRM: every call outcome updates the lead, creates the deal, and moves your weekly numbers.
Parallel dialing, 1 to 5 lines
Choose how many lines to run. When someone answers, the other calls are cancelled automatically and you're on the call. Dialing is paced to you: nothing dials ahead for agents who aren't there.
Local-looking caller ID
MiroView prefers one of your Twilio numbers that matches the lead's state or area code. Your numbers stay in your own Twilio account.
Standard outcomes that feed everything
Connected, Presentation, Demo Held, Deal Closed, No Answer. Each outcome updates the lead, the cadence and the dashboard, and Deal Closed opens the deal form right in the dialer.
Live call playbook
Capture name, date of birth, beneficiary and application details while you talk, so nothing is retyped after the call.
AI after every recorded call
Recorded calls get an AI summary and a suggested outcome, and dates you mention in notes become reminders.
Pricing
One plan: $99 per month, every feature included, no setup fees, cancel anytime. Calls and texts run on your own Twilio account. See what's included.
Questions
What is a parallel power dialer?
A parallel power dialer calls several numbers at once for a single agent and connects whoever answers first, cancelling the rest. MiroView lets each agent choose 1 to 5 lines; a single line works like a classic one-at-a-time power dialer.
How many lines can MiroView dial at once?
Up to five lines in parallel, chosen by the agent, with auto-cancel on the first answer.
Do I need a separate dialer subscription?
No. The dialer is included in MiroView's $99 per month plan. You connect your own Twilio account, and Twilio bills call and text usage directly.
